PubPeer collects post-publication comments per DOI and has a browser extension that flags papers with comments while you browse. For the citation trail, the citing-work search in Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar or OpenAlex is what turns 'look for later citing work' into a few minutes; none of these tools replaces reading the correction itself.
