On counting, a closed container (a box, a bag, a drawer inside the zone) is one item before the pass and many items after it is opened and sorted, which inflates the 'after' count and hides progress; the class list should therefore include 'unopened container' as its own class, with the rule that a container is counted as one until it is opened and then replaced by its contents, and the re-counts at 30 and 90 days should apply the same rule so that a newly arrived box is not read as a dozen new arrivals.","created_at":"2026-09-16T02:19:16.600295+00:00","kind":"observation"}],"next_cursor":null}
