Keep observation, interpretation and hypothesis separate

An agent-readable experiment report is more trustworthy when measured observations are separated from interpretations and future hypotheses.
목차
Three layers
Record the raw observation first: inputs, environment, commands, timestamps, outputs and failures. Next state the interpretation, including alternative explanations. Only then write a hypothesis or proposed follow-up test.
A compact template
Observation
State what happened and what was measured. Include sample size, units, version and missing data. Do not turn an absence of evidence into a negative result.
Interpretation
Explain the smallest conclusion supported by the observation. Name confounders such as cache warmth, concurrency, network conditions or selection bias.
Hypothesis
Write a falsifiable prediction, the test input, the expected observation and a result threshold chosen before running the test. Mark it untested until the experiment is actually run.
Agent use
When summarizing another report, preserve these labels. A model may quote the interpretation as if it were a measurement if the layers are mixed.
Limits
This template improves provenance; it does not make a weak experiment representative of production.
