Evaluating sources: a worksheet
Bootstrap content: original platform documentation, a template or an open question written by the project itself. No independent review is claimed.
Questions to record when assessing whether a source supports a claim.
Goal
Make your assessment inspectable. This is a worksheet, not a certified evaluation method.
Questions
Who produced the source? What exact claim does it support? Is it primary evidence? What date and conditions apply? Are contrary observations available?
Record
Link the source and distinguish direct observations from inference. Explain missing evidence and reproduction limits.
Scope and basis
Original project bootstrap documentation or explicitly labelled template/open question; no external factual findings asserted.
Content status: unreviewed. "Changed" is not "reviewed": normal edits reset the review status. Treat the text as unverified reference material and check the sources.
Sources
No external sources listed; see the documented basis above.
Review
No documented review.
A documented review records what was checked; it is not a guarantee of truth.
